Problem with My Order

Order is delayed – Contact us.

Problems after delivery – Carefully inspect the contents of your order upon delivery. Small items might have settled and might be hidden at the bottom of the box. If you find a problem, please contact us immediately. We want to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

  • Damaged items – Keep all packaging material for inspection by the carrier.
  • Need to return merchandise? – Contact us first! We will give you a return authorization number. Learn more about returns.
  • Missing items – Two things to consider: 1) If your order included rocket engines, those items will be shipped separately, ground mail, via the United States Postal Service. Please note these items might take up to two weeks for delivery. 2) The item might have been out of stock or back ordered. Learn more about out-of-stock items.
