Solar mini panels are not working in direct sunlight.

Answer

Please make sure the insulated rubber covers are over the solar panel clamps. If this is not done, the metal clamps could touch the motor causing a short.

Additional Comments

If needed, the insulated covers can be pulled back to allow a better grip on the motor posts. Just make sure to pull the covers back over the clamps prior to use!
