For the Pulley bully if you want to fix it you can do it yourself. I have attached a picture to help you and labeled it.
  

Below is steps for fixing the Pulley Bully:

1. Ensure that the cable (1) is threaded between the pulley and the front support rod (2).
2. Once threaded, maintain tension on both the single cable (1) and the back double cable.
3. While maintaining tension, guide the single cable (1) to wrap around the pulley.
4. It's advisable to have two people for this process to ease the task. One person can hold tension on both the single and double cables, while the other person wraps the single cable (1) around the pulley.
