The customer is asking if they can purchase the Fog Fluid from a different vendor to use in the Flo Fog Generator.

The Fog Fluid we sell today uses a glycol-based fluid, not water. Using a water-based fluid would not work very well, and could cause the unit to get clogged up with water scale residue.

The bottom line is if the customer has our Flo Fog Generator he should use our Fog Fluid.
