Where Is My Order?

To obtain tracking information for your shipment, you must sign in to your account on our site. Point to My Account, click Sign In/Create Account, and follow the sign in process. Once logged in, tracking info can be viewed by selecting View My Order History.

In-stock items will normally ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order. Most orders for the lower 48 states are delivered within 3-5 business days from the time the items ship from our warehouse.

 

If your order has been delayed, it might be due to one or more of the following:

  • If your order included rocket engines, those items will be shipped separately, ground mail, via the United States Postal Service. Please note delivery for these items can take 3-4 weeks.
  • One or more of the items on your order is out of stock. We usually ship in-stock items, and then we ship the out-of-stock item(s) at a later date.
  • Peak seasons sometimes cause a short delay in order shipment.
