Question

I wanted to check in with you and find out how to dispose of the rockets engines that I have? They are old and  I don't want anyone to find them and use them by mistake!

Answer

To assist with this, go to our website at www.pitsco.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. From here, you will see several link options to choose from, select the link that says "All Product and Order Support". The next screen that appears will have an entire page that has clickable drop downs. Scroll toward the bottom of this screen until you see the Miscellaneous section, and click "Safety Data Sheets (SDS)". It will open a box that contains a link, click on that link. A search box will appear in a new screen. Enter "Rocket Engine" in the search bar and hit Enter. This will bring up a list of items that contain a rocket engine. You will want to find "Rocket Engine and Igniter (ea)". Click this link, and it will take you to a 10 page document, which is the full Safety Data Sheet for the rocket engines. Due to the length of the document, we have pasted the picture below. You can also click the following link to access this data sheet: https://asset.pitsco.com/SDS/sheets/11740%20bulk%20a8-3%20rocket%20engine.pdf.
